Colega needs a connected Facebook Page and Instagram professional account to publish posts for you.
To connect accounts:
- Open the Profile tab.
- Tap Organization Settings.
- Tap Connected Social Accounts.
- Follow the Meta login flow.
If a pop-up asks to open the Instagram or Facebook app, tap No or Cancel and continue in your browser. Opening the app may cause the connection to fail.
If connection fails, check that:
- You are logged into the correct Meta account.
- Your Instagram account is a professional account.
- Your Instagram account is linked to the Facebook Page you want to use.
- You accepted the Meta permissions shown during setup.
You can still create drafts before connecting accounts, but publishing requires the connection.
